Benham and Reeves is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who has a proven track record within Estate Agency and knowledge of the local area. (Start ASAP)

Sales Negotiator job specification:

Key duties and skills include:

  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Negotiating on all sales
  • Booking valuations (conducting them if needed)
  • Managing own diary
  • Generating business/sales and maximising all opportunities
  • Supporting Branch Manager and team
  • Professional and motivated
  • Driven and personable
  • 12 months experience
  • Great communication skills/customer care
  • We are offering a very competitive salary and commission
  • Car allowance

This is a full time role with working hours: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.30am -1pm.
