Urban riverside views have become a frontline selling point when smart accommodation choices in London are being considered. In this day and age, the capital's corporate workforce no longer considers a ‘South of the river’ location to be off their radar and Bermondsey's close proximity to Tower Bridge could even qualify it as an unofficial City fringe area. Upscale restaurants and trendy shops are starting to establish themselves in the neighbourhood and rail networks have been revamped. Surrey Quays station is part of an Overground orbital rail network that circles central London, connecting previously separated Zone 2 districts, while the Bermondsey Jubilee line station is in the enviable position of being one stop from either Canary Wharf or London Bridge. A Bakerloo line extension along Old Kent Road is being planned that will provide even more connectivity.

Tower Hill Underground station (District & Circle Lines) and Tower Gateway ( DLR for Canary Wharf) are just a short walk away from the apartment block. Excellent bus services connect the area with Holborn, the Strand, Covent Garden, Liverpool Street and Oxford Street.
