We are not ones to write a review usually, but we felt obliged to write a glowing review for the incredibly efficient and professional services we received from Benham & Reeves, as overseas landlords for a property in a large new build development in Central London. First, B&R assigned a contact person for us in Hong Kong so that we are not liaising constantly late into the night with UK. Second, the most surprising element, from the time we considered and agreed our letting terms with Benham & Reeves (over 4 days), they already found us tenants for our property, and this happened even 1 day before we completed our property purchase!
